Favian is a Partner, Research Analyst, and Head of the IT Division in KJPP Rengganis, Hamid & Rekan (KJPP RHR) which forms a strategic alliance with CBRE.

Favian specializes in Property research and valuation and has extensive experience of more than 5 years with focus on various types of assignments including asset valuation, mass appraisal, highest and best-use studies, and market analysis. As Head of the IT Division, he’s responsible for developing and maintaining the RHR valuation system, which accommodates all valuation phases for each project in KJPP RHR. He and his team also assist valuation in terms of data analytics using machine learning and statistical analysis which are optimized for the large number of properties with various and complex characteristics.
